A. Right of Withdrawal<\/strong><\/p>\n

Introduction<\/p>\n

Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession:<\/p>\n

Right of Withdrawal<\/p>\n

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.<\/p>\n

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.<\/p>\n

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Dr. Gabor Em\u00f6di, INTEX Biotech AG, Adlerstr. 21, 4052 Basel, Switzerland, Tel.: +41615542441, Email: service@intex-biotech.ch) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.<\/p>\n

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.<\/p>\n

Consequences of Withdrawal<\/p>\n

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.<\/p>\n

You must send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.<\/p>\n

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.<\/p>\n

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.<\/p>\n

Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal<\/p>\n

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery.<\/p>\n

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for the delivery of goods if, after delivery, they have been inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature.<\/p>\n

The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who are not nationals of a Member State of the European Union at the time of conclusion of the contract and whose sole residence and delivery address are outside the European Union at the time of conclusion of the contract.<\/p>\n

Linked\/Financed Transactions<\/p>\n

If you financed this contract through a loan and later withdraw from it, you are also no longer bound by the loan agreement, provided that both contracts form an economic unit. This is to be assumed in particular if we are simultaneously your lender or if your lender uses our assistance with regard to the financing. If the loan has already been disbursed to us when the withdrawal becomes effective or when the goods are returned, your lender assumes our rights and obligations under the financed contract in relation to you with regard to the legal consequences of the withdrawal or return. The latter does not apply if the present contract concerns the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g., securities, foreign exchange, or derivatives). If you wish to avoid contractual obligations as far as possible, exercise your right of withdrawal and also withdraw from the loan agreement if you are also entitled to a right of withdrawal for that agreement.<\/p>\n

General Information<\/p>\n

1) Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage by using suitable packaging.
\n2) Please do not return the goods to us with postage due.
\n3) Please note that the above items 1\u20132 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.<\/p>\n
